ALIS OBJECTIVES

The daily observation of legal systems in democratic countries or supranational institutions (like the EU) reveals severe problems of understanding, application and adhesion, which therefore require serious efficiency improvements for the following reasons:

  1. The considerable increase in the number of laws and regulations, makes it more difficult to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory framework
  2. Furthermore, this complexity may generate repetitions, lacks, and contradictions within the system
  3. Legal professionals may be overwhelmed by simple cases requiring time and effort that could be better allocated to solve more complex issues.

ALIS System, will solve the above problems, providing with useful tools for:

Regulatory Complience
  Alternative Dispute Resolution

Conflict Prevention
  Support in Law Making

Scientific and Technologic developments
